A little odd....Moulton is a Democrat so clearly his intention would be to criticize him. Although clearly there is no relationship to Moulton's dropping out of the race, if there were in fact a correlation wouldn't it be more of a criticism if the market GAINED upon news of his dropping out?

Again, I think they're unrelated but this seems like a backward insult.
