That's all they want- to continue our democracy without the destructive taint of facism in it.

Antifa sees the rise of the alt.right and the neo-Nazi groups as a threat. If they didn't exist, neither would antifa. When the Proud Boys and all the others disappear, so will the antifa.

Exactly. I consider myself Antifa, but it's not like I meet up with any kind of group or do any marching or demonstrations. But if Civil War broke out and Trump's Nazi's start trying to mow down any resistance to Trump, I would be forced to pick up arms to defend my family and my country. Nazis may think they are tough, but there are plenty of people in the Center, to the left who would lay down their lives fighting off this nasty, fascist crap that has stolen it's way into our government.

Antifa isn’t shooting up places of business, mosques, and synagogues. The alt right fascists are.

i was around the scene in the mid-70s when punk rock formed...the clash could be said to be pretty socialist...after about 8-10 years another generation came along and started associating white supremacy..then we had the dead Kennedys put out "Nazi punks f*ck off"..i forget which city has the doo-dah parade with marching briefcase and lawnmower drill teams....but the antifa are about as dangerous with their banana outfits

Probably not.

They'll just find some other group to spit upon.

The antifa we see in news videos are on par with Sturmabteilung. They too tried to shut down opinions and believes they didn’t agree with as well as caused violent destruction of private property and violent attacks against those they disagree with. In other words those who claim to be anti-fascist are themselves acting like fascist.
