Xi is not going to cave to Trump. That's ridiculous on the face of it.

Xi is president for life and it is unlikely that people who put up with forced abortions for the good of the nation are going to get upset over tightening their economic belt.

While Republicans sit on their thumbs, US economy is taking a serious hit and Russia is supply soybeans to China.

Guess who comes out smelling like a rose?
Itís simple, move manufacturing out of China and the hit will drastically be reduced on our side. China will lose millions of jobs, all because they are too arrogant and proud to make a deal, and their people will pay the heavy price.

When you have a country filling all your big box stores/supermarkets/clothing stores/electronics stores etc with its product its illogical to slap 35% tarriffs on all their products as the Chinese will just raise the cost of all their products by 35% or they just wont send their products to the USA, seems like America is the loser in this trade war.

Trump is a terrible negotiator by constantly disparaging the other side. Advocating manufacturing to move to countries with worse IP protection and worse labor standards than China does not sound like a great deal for the American worker. To believe that this is really about "protecting the American worker" is foolish.

Not only that, he just backtracks to keep voters happy. Just look at the last minute elimination of tariffs to avoid hurting Xmas.

Trump is a lame duck. He's sowed seeds of a recession and the Chinese have zero reasons to negotiate through 11/7/2020

Imagine where we would be if there was just a hint of bipartisan support.

The SDs have demonstrated they have no problem making the country suffer while they do their best to undermine Trump.

Despicable, subversive behavior, no longer expected opposing political strategy. SD's sacrifice the country, giving the upper hand to our enemies just to achieve their political ends.
You bet. The Democrats all got together and hacked Trump's Twitter account to attribute their longing for a trade war to our poor, poor pitiful president instead. It was the Democrats who started the trade war with China and it was the Democrats who announced a tariff increase on Chiuna to 30%, causing the stock market to plunge 600 points.

Where on earth do you people get your crazy ideas from? Alex Jones? Limbaugh? 8Chan? But then again, I forget that Trump is a very stable genius who is the second coming of Jesus sent expressly to deal with China.
