The Huffington Post and their former reporter Ashley Feinberg are being sued for defamation by a man that they claimed was responsible for the death of Robert F. Kennedy’s son David in an article about Brett Kavanaugh.
Sloppy reporting should be called out, but so should sloppy posting. The man in question, Derrick Evans, was never accused "to be responsible for the death of Kennedy" - he was accused of being involved in a purchase of cocaine by Kennedy. Kennedy had 3 drugs in his system when he died, one of which was cocaine.

Quote taken from the article. Why blame the messenger?
People that lie and defame are going to get their asses handed to them. Even in "Lawfare" cases.
