Judicial Watch does not do theory. There entire operation is captured from Government, Freedom of Information Act request, demands and lawsuits.
No theory put in. The Government documents speak for themselves.

Voter ID is a great idea.

The GOP still lost and the number of alien votes is very low. We need ID to get it to close to zero as possible.

Said ID must be free of charge.

What about people confined to beds for medical conditions, old age, etc?

I think there should be an option to vote absent but those ballots should be subjected to higher scrutiny, not less.
