Well, pancreatic cancer is a death sentence. What's going to happen when Ruth Bader Ginsburg dies?

Back in the day, a comment like this would get a person fired from a tv show. He's gonna get a pay raise because he's serving up that red meat hate for HBO's liberal audience.
A Trumper whining about "civility and tolerance." Bwah, Ha-Ha-HAH!

David Koch is busy getting rid of environmental rules in hell. Long may he burn.

You are clearly trying to distort this but we should defer to people like you on other matters like global warming. lol
Trump made fun of McCain for being a prisoner of war in and of itself. But ok. Play pretend if it makes you feel better about your argument.

In other words, “Save the planet from global warming so that I can wish for the death of my fellow humans.”

There’s some great liberal humor for you.

Not a fan of the Koch brothers but, I don't know, I wouldn't have said what he said. It's Bill Maher doing his shtick.

HBO only cares about a portion of it's liberal audience. Said it before. Will say it again. HBO does not make its money from advertising, so how many of its "already subscribers" actually watch its shows is meaningless. HBO makes its money by getting new subscribers. How does HBO get new subscribers? By touting its award winning original shows. Who votes for those awards? Hollywood. That's the audience HBO cares about. Bill Maher's job is to please the award voters in Hollywood so they give his show awards and he makes money for HBO, his employer. Like everything else, follow the money.

Trump's never said he is glad somebody died and hopes they were in pain.

Trump responding to insults by hateful leftists is not equivalent to what Maher said.

I wasn't whining about lack of civility...I was making fun of leftists who act like they are civil and tolerant people when the opposite is true, as you and Maher have demonstrated.

Voters didn't care about McCain in 2016 yet you guys continue to recycle this talking point.

If you respect McCain so much, why didn't you and other leftists vote for him over Obama who didn't serve in the military and had only been in the senate 3 years.

Maher seems to have a zest for pissing off every last person on the face of the earth. The worst way I can think of to keep your face in the news....sorry, media, there's no news anymore. But when you have no moral compass....perhaps it's the path of least resistance.

One thing he's not is stupid. Just rudderless and unscrupulous. He can be very funny, he can be spot on politically, but far more often he can be the biggest jerk you've ever known in your life.

I don't have HBO and thus don't see very much of him. Maybe that's why I can't think of anything he's ever said as crass as this case. If there is even the tinniest sliver of karma at work in this life, he's in for real trouble when his time comes.
