It's almost like congress really doesn't want a secure border.

Yes, we do know the difference. Mere fencing hasn't been very effective. The good physical barriers that have already been erected on smaller sections of the border have been very effective in deterring illegal entry. Stats have been posted many times proving it so yes we do need the rest of that fencing replaced with good walls. Of course you and yours want the flow of illegals to continue so you continue on with your false rhetoric.

Well we know the Democrats and their supporters don't otherwise they wouldn't keep fighting the funding for the good physical barriers to deter illegal entry. Funny, how they approved those type of barriers back in 2006 on 700 miles of the most porous areas of our border but only 35 miles of it was built under Obama while the rest ended up being mere flimsy fencing that could be breached. They either hate Trump that much or they started to realize that they needed to retain the ethnocentric Hispanic-American vote and the future Democrat voters pouring over our border in order to stay in power.

Yup. Much easier to use the illegal labor we need, collect some taxes off of them, get the work done etc.

The gop knows that if they ever actually fixed immigration,, they wouldn't be able to use the "illegals" boogeyman to get insecure right wingers to the polls, farmers wouldn't get their cows milked, houses wouldn't get built as fast etc

Or maybe they are smart enough to realize the wall is a stupid idea that we don't have tens of billions to waste on

Most eastern euro countries have more common sense them most western countries when it comes to enforcing their existing immigration laws. The U.S. is full of traitor politicians that bonehead citizens keep voting for. Democrats by far the most prominent traitors but the republicans have their share of traitor Rinos also.
