BS, you’re so full of it, it is launching out of your ears under high pressure. That thug Chavez tied his economy and his socialism to oil and when the price of oil fell, so did Venezuela. A prime example of how socialism fails when you run out of OPM (other people’s money).
Yeah, seize control of oil production and watch it fall by 60%.
Last I saw they were almost behind Mexico in oil production and at about 1/7th of what the US produces.

He created phenomenal wealth for his country and was Sabotage by OPEC and their funny business partners
We're talking about how the Socialist policies of Asian education dominated American crony capitalism
you can cherry pick examples of how the most privileged Nordic people suggest they are not the same as a third world socialists all you want but the fact is Nordic countries have heavily socialized critical Human Services
That's probably why they are so much more educated than Americans
(just like Asians)
EDUCATION IN SWEEDEN:
"From the age of one, children can be admitted to preschool. Preschool is free for poorer families and heavily subsidized for everyone else"
"The majority of schools in Sweden are municipally run, but there are also autonomous and publicly funded schools, known as independent schools"
"The higher education system is compatible with the rest of Europe through the Bologna Process where degrees are divided into 3 cycles, basic level, advanced level and doctoral level. There are two degrees available in each cycle of different lengths. Universities have no tuition fees and student aid is available from the government"
None of the above items you mention are "free". They are all paid through taxes. Taxes in Sweden are (by our standards) highly "regressive", where all those that receive benefits are forced to contribute. Not primarily the rich.
