Some of these private schools are also partially aided by the national or state governments. India also has an "open" public university, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), which mostly offers distance education, and in terms of the number of enrolled students is now the largest university in the world with over 4 million students."

America is being taken over by for-profit interests because the corporations have taken charge via government bribery

The corporations don't want you to have high quality government services they want you to pay them a premium for them while they siphon off your tax dollars

once the corporations have access to your tax dollars they will bleed you dry.

American corporate education is bribing our lawmakers to keep free public education out.

They don't care about America's future they just want Americans go get big loans and give them all the money...

The only thing better (for the education corporations) would be the "school choice" scenario where private schools literally have access to our tax dollars however don't have to worry about the Democratic vote

Blackwater (mercenary proprietor) proprietor eric prince's sister (ditzy betsy devos) has been put in command of education via fake president trump

#HOSTILE corporate takeover USA#

This is not pro socialism
This is anti CORPORATE BRIBE of our government...
High quality government services? High quality? hahahahahaha Show me where a government policy has been high quality.

Like the high quality Dept Of Education that has caused our standing in education to drop compared to the rest of the world?

You didn't think this through.

Then why are our universities awash in foreign students if education is free in other countries?

Your carefully crafted outrage just collapsed.

So to paraphrase the OP, Asians bad, socialism good.

These days it seems as if those on the left are nearly as racist and bigoted against Asians as they are against Jews.

I'd like to point out two things.

The first one is lifeexplorer's moments. Most of his comments are explain x, define y, give me an example of z. It is bordering on trolling. But I want to address this idea that taxing is theft. We live in a society that has grown to take many things for granted, services that are payer through taxes. It is anti-social to try to go backwards instead of forward. The irony is that these are the type of people less likely to see paying for the time a person works, instead of getting paid for what he produces is in fact slavery [essentially every person who doesn't own a business is a slave]. Paying taxes is not.

The other point has to do with immigration (both legal and illegal). I just heard a comment by an intellectual from Argentina that told it how it is. I'm just gonna translate it as best as I can: The purpose of mass migration is not so foreigners can be treated as nationals, but to get citizens used to be treated as foreigners. That is lower wages, less benefits, without complaining.

To answer OP question. The answer is not to establish government run education, from the hands of for profit education system. The answer is an independent system not manipulated from neither of those interests.

cuz we have the best of the best for the top 1% and they got top 1% scores because they have socialized education from Cradle to grave in their country so now they're here to get the best American degree and the best American job

A little tip... I have crushed that foolish response numerous times in this thread already

#reading is fundamental

You're all out WRONG. No possible way is funding education the same as slavery. Good lord, just what the heck possesses you that forces you to believe funding education is the same as slavery? The alternative to no education for everybody is sheer ignorance.

In the highly red state of Oklahoma, members of the board of the Canadian County Republicans, who believed as you, got voted out. https://www.thelostogle.com/2018/11/...n-in-oklahoma/

Finally leadership voted out: https://www.theyukonreview.com/2019/...reunite-party/

Thanks for the intelligent response however I believe we need to copy the Asian model brick for Brick..

by the way

life Explorer is likely one of the privileged children who most likely inherited 90% of their holding

I would wager a hefty sum he wouldn't touch that slavery analogy if he were talking to a 300 pound black male

to suggest he is somehow enslaved is the epitome of disrespect to those people who have truly suffered the human bondage of slavery
