Macron is just mad because the President of Brazil was trolling his old lady on social media.

But he own't make any money from that.

He really thinks people are stupid.

The fact that his business is being run in a 'blind trust' by his oldest son () doesn't stop him from making money.

Trump organization is a private company that he is the private owner of.

Guess what -- when his company makes money -- he makes money. It's put in a 'trust' but it is there.

He doesn't stop earning money.
He just isn't suppose to have control over it or allow that potential to influence his political decisions -- like choosing a place to host an official government function.

We all know, he knows.....but he will play a stupid game -- and his pundits iwll spin it and so will his fans.

While very important, the forests of the Amazon rank 4th on the list. Russia has double the amount. The globe has 39,000,000 km2 of forest area, the Amazon is made up of 4,776,980 km2
lol yeah remember when the cure for cancer was somewhere in the South American jungles uh.... rainforests? Democrats have taken “chicken little” to the outer limits.

What scientists say that? I also see scientists saying the % is 5%. 20percent from terrestrial sources maybe but a lot comes from the seas.

It's duly noted that you suddenly care after 30+ years of heavy deforestation across various administrations and feel that a meeting would have materially impacted the situation.

Trump skipped the entire meeting on Climate change because
1. He's an old man who will likely be dead by the time climate change hits
2. He's owned by Big Coal and Big Oil

Brazil should slash and burn the forest just to show nothing bad will happen and get everyone to shut up about it.

Did the meeting address the cause of the majority of these Amazon fires which have happened for decades?
Farmers set fires to clear land.

So maybe the answer is to teach farmers a better way of agriculture
