It is clear the left can dish it out BUT, CAN'T TAKE IT!

Maybe he was, I don't really know. He was a single term in the Senate so did not accumulate much political baggage and he seemed pretty squeaky clean in his private life. He was kind of like Jimmy Carter. The worse thing the press could dig up on Jimmy was the infamous killer rabbit incident, which was really scrapping the bottom of the barrel but was pretty funny.

That's your take on simply using their own words to discredit them?
Hmmm...

What's the problem? Doing journalism on journalists is still journalism. The Democrats are anti-first amendment again.

The difference between the press and Trump is, when they make a mistake, they will admit and retract it.......him, not so much.

That medicine would be the constant, 24/7 attacks on our President because your favorite old hag didn't get her turn.

We already know that the Press doesn't need a good reason... or a reason at all to report something negative about the President. They make up stories all the time, I love seeing him give them the middle finger and tell them to F off. I feel the exact same way towards a lot of democrats.

The President, Senator, and Governor enjoy additional legal protections while in office; journalists do not.

“Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty; power is ever stealing from the many to the few. The manna of popular liberty must be gathered each day or it is rotten. The living sap of today outgrows the dead rind of yesterday. The hand entrusted with power becomes, either from human depravity or esprit de corps, the necessary enemy of the people. Only by continued oversight can the democrat in office be prevented from hardening into a despot; only by unintermitted agitation can a people be sufficiently awake to principle not to let liberty be smothered in material prosperity.”

Trump Allies Target Journalists Over Coverage Deemed Hostile to White House
By Kenneth P. Vogel and Jeremy W. Peters

A loose network of conservative operatives allied with the White House is pursuing what they say will be an aggressive operation to discredit news organizations deemed hostile to President Trump by publicizing damaging information about journalists.

WOW! Sounds like the beginning of a vast right wing conspiracy.

If you would be so kind as to point out where MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc., admitted the abject falsity of and/or retracted the hot, steaming piles of crapola that constituted the Russian collusion accusations, we would all be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance.

Heh, heh...heh, heh...

Granted, Obama got a bit of a pass because he was the first African-American President. However, he was also much better at being diplomatic with the Press, inviting them to luncheons and providing more open access. (Despite that he still got reamed on a frequent basis by Fux news.) Trump has been singularly hostile to most of the Press almost from day one, so is it a surprise he is viewed with much skepticism?
