Regardless of how Trump is viewed Obama will have a legacy of receiving a undeserved Peace prize, destroying Libya, Releasing American killing terrorists, using a billion dollars in cruise missiles, and having secret meetings with Racists and the Muslim brotherhood. Sour grapes. Obama got the Peace Prize from a highly respected organization that does its homework. Trump has only got 18 months more in office so he better make some peace somewhere quickly if he wants one. The whole North Korean thing has been a disaster and Iran is going worse.

He openly gave speeches about hope and change. One of his first Major speeches he talked about how there is no Liberal America, no Conservative America, just one America....how there is no black America, no White America, just one America...the United States of America.

The only policy he was able to get passed into law was the failed Obamacare. Everything else has already been reversed, and even the ACA was gutted by Trump. There is NO "Obama Legacy". His entire eight years was a Democrat campaign, fundraiser tour where he preached to sycophant rich elite.
