No matter which political side you are on, it's a fact that trees are extremely beneficial to the earth. Why people don't have a problem with them being obliterated is beyond me. It seems like so much of society has no problem with the destruction of the very nature that sustains us. It's very sad and disturbing.

Amazing how little conservatives care about or respect the environment. I know most of them believe Jesus is coming back any day now to rapture them but what if he doesn't? We only have one earth. Why is caring for it so controversial and even repulsive to conservatives? It's like conservatives almost CELEBRATE the destruction of our environment.
