Trump's articulation is fine. I take it that many of the things the leftists poke fun at him about his public speech are things that are just common to native New Yoikers
Trump is a lifelong swindler. He is practiced in what grandma called "the gift of gab", of course he can be articulate. He certainly was as a younger man, burning up other people's money and living the high life ...
But the man is losing his faculties, his rationality is failing and he is saying strange things, making strange claims. His inability to pronounce certain words after trying several times is something fairly new to him, and probably is a sign of his deteriorating condition.
So in addition to his lifelong corrupt nature, we see layered on top of that a failing mind. It would be comical if it wasn't so dangerous.
President is very articulate, but one would not know that given the few 15 second clips here and there. ONe has to watch him in whole to realize, Trump is very articulate and a great President.
