Well, people die from bullets, knife wounds, hit in the head with a rock , backed over by a Buick, and burned to death. Those in no way make mass murders from assault type weapons any less real.

The whole point is that if there was no access to guns, the mass killers would just use something else to kill, sometimes even more destructive than guns.

Of course the Leftists target guns when the root cause is mental illness and other societal problems, not the guns.
