This is funny because Starbucks are notorious for not knowing how to spell customers names. I don’t know someone who has never had their name spelt wrong on a Starbucks cup. Either the cashier is joking/trolling or is just the stereotypical Starbucks employee who can’t spell.
I honestly think he should sue but that’s just because it’s a great money grab. My guess is he was like funny story to tell friends, and someone told him to sue. So that’s why he’s now considering.
I know someone who got into a serious accident with a drunk driver and months later his lawyer was telling him to sue for the mental trauma the accident had given him after he had already gotten money from the accident. He personally was fine although he still thought of the accident but nothing as bad as mental trauma. Lawyers are trying and will try to get money from everyone and everywhere.
He didn't realize it until later, when a friend pointed it out...then, instead of laughing about it, he called the newspaper.
And he thinks he's been discriminated against.
*sigh*
