can you imagine if the media was held responsible for their actions? CNN, MSNBC, comedy central, etc would all be shut down.

My position is and always has been that, unless you legally or financially (i.e. employment) have influence/direction over someone, you should not be responsible for the actions of others. Only those who engaged in the harassing behavior should be guilty of/liable for anything in my view.

It looks like Karma is finally repaying Alex Jones for his disgusting commentary on Sandy Hook (insinuating that the shooting was a “false flag”). Furthermore, Jones was caught deleting evidence relevant to the case in an attempt to weaken the plaintiff’s case.

What comes around, goes around, eh, Mr. Jones?

That is a lie.

Robert Barnes filed documents to beat a cut off date, to an appeal, if necessary.
The Sandy Hook media hoax has reached unprecedented levels with the MSM doing an all-out fake news assault on Alex Jones. Attorney Robert Barnes joins Alex via Skype to expose the MSM smears and reveal what’s next in the battle for free speech.
Several MSM publications will be held accountable for libelous, defamatory, fake news headlines. The lawsuits will bring in the truth.

It involved "Discovery" Nothing to do with the actual outcome of the case. The "Court Cost" are routine for filing documents to the courthouse.
AP is being sued, for NOT retracting the article.
It has become daily life for the media to lie and libel Alex Jones. The defamation lawsuits against the Fake News Media, are going to be juicy.

I blame the fact that they do not really know what a 'false flag' event is, its absurd to believe the parents and children faked their deaths, or faked mourning, or that police, EMTs, other first responders are 'IN ON IT'!!

NO ONE would be able to determine (immediately, at the scene), if it was a false flag or not, children were really killed that day, parents were mourning, first responders responded, just like they would to any other incident...point is, NO ONE there would have any clue who orchestrated the false flag or for what purpose.

He's from Texas.
Lots of his audience is in Texas.
Lots of said audience tends to be Trumpers.
Trump said Jones is accurate and good.

We could go on, but let's face it. He is a right wing activist.

Maybe you can claim he's not a "conservative" activist. But he is a right wing activist.

"an American radio show host and far-right conspiracy theorist."

"Jones has described himself as a conservative, paleoconservative and libertarian, terms he uses interchangeably. Others describe him as conservative, right-wing, alt-right, and far-right."

No, the Right cannot say this guy is not one of them...especially when many of our Fav CD Righties quote him over and over and over again.

Righties as Right can be! In fact, he's really the face of the "new right" that believes just about anything.
