Parents absolutely have rights. My sister is a special ed teacher. I have other family members who are teachers. So I know the system.

Well guess I’m a leftist Christian - one thing I know -God never forced himself on anyone - why we have free will. You are not going to bring back the past. That train left the station with prayers in schools. If we want children to be better. We need to do better and not be hypocritical. Right now kids see much more than what is preached at home. How - you have the answers - be true to self - start there
