LOL, somebody doesn't know the history of FED chair recession predictions.

January 17, 2008: Bernanke: Fed is not forecasting a recession

Guess what? The recession actually started the month before he said that.

the poster you are quoting can't "prove it" because the facts do not support his negative bias.
You asked the question, I was just providing a valid answer. To avoid serious problems based on the current administrations polices we will need a lot more then number of people working.

While I am seeing a slow down due to supply transition from China to elsewhere or back to the USA, I'm not seeing the groundwork for anything on a scale of the 2007/2008 "great recession". Back then we had horrible leadership, jumbo mortgage loans being handed out to anyone with a pulse, and off the charts inflation and energy/shipping costs which made so much business not-feasible that we were doomed. I honestly wasn't sure our economy was going to pull up out of that one.

90 million Americans are not working, and that's good news?
Sure, 90 million American may not be working, the 90 million include college students, 16-17 year-olds, people age 65 and older, those physically unable to work, and other groups not expected to be in the labor force. Republicans used that misleading 90 million Americans not working stat against Obama and the leftish PolitiFact gave it a Mostly False rating. Now that Trump is prez PF might change the rating to True; back then PF knew the 90 million not working stat implied unable to find work. So do you.

Have you ever posted any positive economic news in the last few years? As previously noted, as you approach full employment, the number of hires will drop. I'll bet there were times during the previous administration where you would have celebrated this number!

And there are those that choose to ignore them for similarly political reasons...

some people are unable to be accurate in providing information, and also don't even know how to interpret it.

"90M people not working" is one such stat. Doesn't make a hoot to me whether this was used against somebody in the past, as it was wrong then too. Maybe Finn's parents never taught him 2 wrongs don't make a right.

Our Dear Leader is one of those who has used the stat and promised to do something about it.
