In USA. Maybe. I have no reason to doubt it because it was at the tail end of the Dust Bowl years from 1930 to 1936 when there was heat and drought in many places in North America and all the prairies were dust bowls because of ignorant farming and irrigation practises ...... but so what? What is your point?

Was July 1936 the hottest July on record for the whole world ?

No, it was not. In 1936 there were many places around the world that were colder than usual. So whether it's true or not that it was the hottest July for USA in 1936, it's still irrelevant. It's not important.

July 2019 was the hottest July on record for the world. So far. Next year it will likely be hotter. That is what is important today because GLOBAL climate change is the issue.

This is why science is always evolving and growing. 45 years ago science predicted a new ice age. It didn't happen.
I remember sitting at the breakfast table while my Dad read that news article. I was absolutely petrified.

Actually, 2019 was hotter but when you account for the Berlin Olympics and adjust for inflation, 1936 is a little bit hotter. (Trump science)

Ha ha, that figures.

Our time has way more crackheads though, so there is that.

Ah, good olí trump science.
If you have 5 $1 bills next to 1 $10 bill, the 5 $1 is more because 5 bills>1 bill..

The left will deny all of this, or simply "revise" the numbers for 1936 lower.

Data refutes your hypothesis? No problem- just change the "data".

This ^^^^

Take a look at old charts showing the medieval warm period or holocene optimum or Roman Warm Period... vs new charts.

AGW may or may not be true but STOP MESSING WITH THE DATA.

Ooh look, a YouTube video from 'realclimatescience.com' so it must be true.

Sadly the guy who put the video together is also president of 'thedreariestvoiceintheworld.com' and caused me to fall asleep 8 seconds in.
