No, this not much ado about nothing. This is about actions to seize someone's intellectual property because the Obama's want it and are too lazy to come up with their own company name. It is despicable.

You can't just demand that someone's trademark be canceled because 'they aren't using it'. They're using their power to try and grab it instead of just finding a different name. That's low.
