I’m not sure how we will manage saving money and being safer. Dark days are ahead.

Doesn't matter energy is plentiful and cheap. People, even liberal/progressives are voting with their dollars and buying a lot of large SUV's, and Trucks.

It means nothing leaves the state unless transloaded onto non California compliant vehicles/trains. Increasing the cost of everything leaving California. So much so that no one will buy.
