Next he will be investigated / arrested for his past crimes during his last four years in the White House. You can't openly attack the FBI and other government agencies and not expect them to retaliate in the future. Now if he had friends in congress, he would enjoy some protection from powerful political allies, but the reality he has few, if any friends. The republicans tolerate him because he's the President, when he's not the president anymore, he's toast. After all he hasn't exactly played nice with other politicians, he's used them as tools with threats and bullying to get what he wanted done and toss them aside like a child's toy he's no longer interested in.

So be it high treason or funneling government dollars to one of his many hotels for self enrichment, Trumps going to prison for something. After all $900 a night for a room is beyond outrageous, having travelled for the government, Per diem is at best $200 a night for a room in an expensive city.
Trump will do his 8 year.. then retire...and most likely move on to Valhalla due to his age

unless the democrats can get rid of the far leftists..they wont see the WH for at least 16 years

Nothing will happen. In America wealthy individuals rarely go to prison, unless they screw over several other wealthy individuals, e.g. Bernie Madoff. How many perp walks have we seen from the 2008 housing crash? Zero.

And if they do go to prison, itís ďTennis Court PrisonĒ where they lounge around comfortably, serve a fraction of their time and return more popular than when they went in. E.g. Martha Stewart. Iíll be very interested to see how much time Paul Manafort actually serves of his ridiculously short sentence.

In the unlikely event that Trump is convicted of a high crime, even a Democratic president will pardon him.

Man thatís depressing, itís clearly time for vodka.

So stop with the juvenile "he's toast" nonsense. Both Clintons are more verifiably guilty of more crimes than Trump, and nobody cares. If Hillary hasn't been indicted for anything, Trump will never come close.

2) If the next President is a Democrat, everything bad that happens during their term will be Trump's fault, and everything good will be their credit. If the next President is Republican, everything bad will be a combo of their fault and Trump's, and everything good will be because the Dems in the House and/or Senate are doing their best to make sure the bad Republican cannot hurt you.

3) At some point, taxes will go up, regardless of which party takes the White House, since the media has everyone convinced we have a revenue problem versus a spending problem.

4) The entitlement state, national debt and dependency rolls will grow, regardless of which party takes control.

5) Social media will continue to fracture and divide the population.

True, but since Trump and his family will the the Bread and Circus (continuing Realty TV) of the future, it's important that we see them go down big time.

If this happened I don't think a pardon would be forthcoming...because likely there would be multiple cases and multiple crimes and many would be state.

It's not like Nixon who took the "honorable" way out by resigning and therefore got the pardon. Trump would be looked at in totality and having never had remorse. I don't think the country could let that stand.

But who knows? One thing most of us seem to agree on is that this country is bought and sold. Pols will be so busy spending all that free Opiate Settlement Money that they may forget everything else.

He'll remain in the news due to the legal problems that will follow him to the grave.

But he has options.

After Trump?

Well, first, he goes off to the Southern District to face a myriad of charges from money laundering to bank fraud to tax evasion. Prolly most of the misdeeds he did during his time in DC will ta

Then we get on to the business of rebuilding our domestic and international reputation as a global leader in all things humanitarian, technological, military, environmental, etc.

We need to get started on immigration reform, trade agreements, peace treaties, health care, the deficit, climate change, draining the swamp/government rebuilding, global allies, domestic policy, infrastructure rebuilding et. al.

The clown has either destroyed what America had, or ignored what America needs. All of those issues will need to be addressed. Going to take a very strong and capable leader to begin the process of bringing America back to glory.
