I support tax dollars for campaigns Beng distributed for tax payers to donate to the Congress member of their choice or Presidential candidate.

Overheard at command central; "we already take their money, we'll give a little back and tell them they have to spend it on one us at election time"- loud laughter ensues.

I agree. How can that be fixed?

It's easy to be cynical in this climate I realize...

A better idea imo would be to issue 100-500 credits to each person and make it mandatory for voters to actually vote. The credits represent X amount established by the public. If they don't want to participate the govt should be enabled to take action on their taxes,or credit, or something of worth.

Andrew Yang is also trying to put voting on the block chain a reality. In a world where nearly everyone has a cell phone there's no excuse.

Not sure what the limit on campaign dollar spending should be, but to heck with the Citizens United ruling!
