It has killed kids. Also, poison control is called for all poisonings, even if the poison is known.

Should we be suing the edibles manufacturers the same way we do gun companies? Perhaps require a background check every time weed is sold? Require training and a license before you can buy? And of course have a registration database of every buyer? Mandate "safe storage" laws? Hold people criminally responsible if someone else gets hold of their product?
