Here is some information for you.....Go to the National Weather Service site for your area.

Down towards the bottom there is an active link:

Forecast Discussion.

Click on it. If you can find the forecast for the day in question even better....click on it.

There is the discussion about the forecast....AND the probable forecasts if the "forecast" is incorrect.

I suspect the President got the forecast and a scenario where the hurricane crossed Florida into Alabama. No big deal......but as President he does deserve having ALL the possibilities presented to him.

I am guessing but that was the "sharpie" expansion.

Anyway, keep clicking on the "forecast discussion" tab. It really is the weather forecast for those folks that want a weather forecast......remember a forecast is ONLY ONE possibility. The forecast discussion will give you the other "possibilities".

When he made the statement there was no threat to Alabama then he attempted to defend his claim using possibilities from days before. If there was a threat to Alabama then why not Miss and La. None of this makes any sense for a president but then we are used to this, now we have an IG investigation of NOAA,

Based on a directive from the White House from this day forward all weather in the United States will be permanently sunny, clear and highs in the 70's. Signed NOAA.

Better yet, he could just shut his big fat mouth about the weather and let the weather people do the forecasts.
