He was in charge and nobody could question him or he'd fire them, nobody knew if he broke the law, he had no shareholders to hold him accountable, he could simply stiff people instead of pay them, he could say whatever rude thing he wants and nobody cared, he always set up 'negotiations' in a way to intimidate and bully people (as we can see--he's not really a negotiator).
The world was not critical of him as it is now, and he has a very fragile ego and very thin skin. Of course he's feeling the pressure. And honestly, any observer can see the crazy tweeting goes out when he's feeling pressure--it is so obvious.
Trump's actual life title before politics was Grifter, Con Man, Fraud, Sex Abuser, Cheat and Tax evader. Enough said.
Those people were talented, maybe geniuses, and successful in certain fields. One could add Mother Teresa, Bob Hope, and Beethoven but none of them could remotely be viewed as presidential material. Would there be voices in opposition to their failures and missteps? You bet. They don't deserve a pass: "Oh, he was a lousy and unqualified President but he was great with electricity so we just let him slide on the other stuff". The job of being President is not an award for participation. Trump is not even an outstandingly successful businessman. The Russians and German bankers prop him up. He's a media creation and reality show host at best.
Sex abuser ? where did you get that one may I ask? Let me make it clear, consenting adults are just that. Nothing else has ever been proven about his acts. As for his overall personality: I doubt there are many of us who like him: I certainly do not, but I do like much of what he has done and at least he will never turn us into a socialistic country.
