He claims that once he goes to his snowbird condo in FL, he is going to invite a Bahamian family to live with him. I say why doesn't he fly down there right now and open up his condo for a Bahamian family? Why wait until winter? Heck, he can even invite a family to live in his Canadian home and tell them to come ASAP.
I would be willing to fly him down and see if he does.

I haven't served my "time out" for me to be back in the USA legally. You guys have that six-month thing we Canadians have to abide by, just like you do when you come to our country. Trust me, it plays havoc with a long-distance relationship.
My 100-year-old Canadian home currently is being renovated, and down to the studs. It almost looks like it went through a hurricane.
The topic of the thread is false. The owners of the boat referenced in the article did not follow procedure, which resulted in a delay for their passengers. It's that simple, and has nothing to do with Trump.
Trump haters have plenty of room in their homes for the Bahamians but they don't care about them, they just want to make more posts about "Orange Man Bad"
Nobody need to create post about OM bad - it’s obvious .
You don't think the Bahama govt is capable of reissuing those missing documents?
Oh no. Please. You have any idea what this storm did ? Think tornado 400ft wide for 24 hrs and thousand standing with only their clothes on their backs? Lord please -
Unfortunately, from what I can tell, the international treaties on granting refugee status only applies to those fleeing political persecution. The US doesn't have any policy regarding so-called "climate refugees", and, considering who is running things at the moment, we're unlikely to see one any time soon. I expect there will be a lot more such refugees in the near future. The situation could turn horrific and will be miserable to watch.
Wow!
Talk about off topic.
But if this is something that seriously concerns you.......well that truly is a miserable situation.
Trump claims Bahamians are very bad people, criminals, refuses to let helpless Bahaman refugees into the USA...
That attitude is in keeping with trumps basic mean vindictive nature, throw them some paper towels for which they should be very grateful, make them suffer .
IMO they need help = https://www.google.ca/search?q=baham...w=1099&bih=547

Nassau unaffected. It’s the capital. They can get documents there.
Do you have any idea that only the northern islands were affected? Do you have any idea of the hundreds of planes flying in supplies, relief workers, offering rides to those that do have documents? And that includes me?
Currently loading my plane at Banyan FBO and filing my flight plan to Freeport.
What are you doing about it except spewing your extreme hatred for everything Trump?
