Well, I guess when he found out that Bahamians were not lily-white, he figured, hey, if it works with brown people south of the border, it'll work for the dark-colored ones devasted by a hurricane.

The man has no heart, no empathy, and is a flaming racist.

Yeah, and...?

Are there other countries that have offered to take in Bahamians? No one ever offers to take in Americans who were affected by category 5 storms.

Are you willing to open your own home and take in a family?

So, I guess you're going to invite a family of Bahamians to come live with you, correct? After all, you consider yourself to have "a heart and empathy".

As for the rest of your post, it shows you to be racist and bigoted.

Well US is pretty big, so we can just move to another state.

Half their island is wiped out..

Whenever I see one of those lame arguments about "Why don't you take them into your own home ?", it is nothing more than a way to get out of answering the question sensibly. Of course we are not set up to take people into our individual homes, that is outrageous. But, there are agencies and groups that will take these folks in and find them shelter and food.

Fake news! It’s been reported even by left wing media that the US is processing everyone that seeks temporary refuge in the states, but will not let anyone in with a criminal record.

Just more fake news outrage by the TDS left. Lol. Smh.

Any Bahamian citizen that has a Visa/passport issued by the Bahamian government can 'visit' the U.S.

Who? Wouldn’t it be easier to do this for people in their own nation, half of which wasn’t damaged by the storm?

The people being spoken about here are Haitian refugees who are just looking for another upgrade by coming to the US with no intention of ever leaving. They’ve been in the Bahamas doing the same thing.
