That’s fine- it won’t hurt them anymore or less - just shows who you are. Like a distaste for government employees. Nobody likes to be yanked out of what they consider their home. The lack empathy is sad to me.
Your lack of empathy for military families and taxpayers is sad.
I don’t have a problem with the move, just feel bad for the employees. Not just govt - all over. When DHL decided to leave the USA it tore up towns. It really hurt economically, the same will happen to these folks. It’s going to cost them a lot -to go or to stay.
Oh, ok.
Yeah, I feel bad for them as well. Nobody likes to move. It's stressful and it's a PITA.
Anyone know why Kansas City? Seems Dallas or another city with a good International Airport would be a better selection considering all the travel that will take place between D.C. and the newly relocated office. Cost savings HAHAHAHAHA.
Ever heard of phone calls, emails and video conferencing?
I know this administration wants to break up different agencies and get them out of DC as a cost cutting measure. Great idea.
What is the point in "getting them out" of DC other than removing expertise, since when is Trump concerned about cutting costs whether its his cabinets vacations on the taxpayer or his trips to Florida.
Not to mention who the hell would volunteer to move to Kansas City anyway? If the Dotard wanted to save money, maybe he should stop playing golf so much and forcing the military and others to stay at his resorts which cost so much more than other places. This move was pure political and just outright mean.
I liked Kansas City when I went there for a work trip but the place didn't like me. Every time I went outdoors, I cried. Must have been something in the air I was allergic to.
