"Invasion" "forcefully taking your home"
Sounds like the entire History of Islam to this day.

A portion of Palestinians are Christians, they were also subject to discrimination by the Israeli government. How did this fit in with your absurd grand narrative?

At some point in the Byzantine Roman period, most (not all) of the Jewish residents of Palestine converted to Christianity. The Christian families of Palestine are the direct descendants of those early century Jewish converts. Most are Orthodox, and some are Catholics, which is why the Evangelical Protestant community in the USA cares nothing for them.

Since the seventh century the Byzantine government collapsed, and in every generation some of those Christians and some of the remaining Jews converted to Islam. Until recently the Christians amounted to about 10% (or something less every year) and the Palestinian Jews are almost non-existent (the 1% or 2% remainder assimilating into the modern Israeli population or emigrating). So while most poorly informed Americans assume that Palestinians are Arabs, they are actually genetically Jews from the original population.

Palestinian Christians are indeed discriminated against by the Israeli government. The hostile policy is intended to compel them to emigrate.

If a foreign army invades America would you hate them more then love your kids for attempting to defend yourself? Sorry but Golda Meir's statement is hogwash and falls apart when examined with any degree of logic.
You may want to look at your phone and check the date. I guess you're all in on reparations too.

This.

Let them fight their own wars.

From my understanding, ALL Christians in Israel are discriminated against.

The logic still applies regardless of date.

Clearly the logic you use is confined to the political prism you look through. Examine world history and Biblical history along with indigenous populations, conquering nations, war, pestilence, plagues, genocide, and squatters rights and make the call. It's a phoney moral high ground position.

Is there a "window" of time your logic applies or extends to? what are the parameters? your feelings? Where should you be ?

He would proceed with the Jordan Valley immediately after the election. Lovely how the United States is drawn into continued ME conflicts. The Kushner Peace Plan should be released after the Israeli elections.
Looks like the Bibi-pledge was a fail. Current election exit polls have the religious right (including the Likud) at 53 seats and the center-left and Arab bloc (including the Blue & White) at 59. Yisreal Beiteinu came in at 8 seats. Last May it refused to work with Netanyahu. 61-seat majority required to form a ruling coalition. https://www.cnn.com/middleeast/live-...ntl/index.html

Arab voters came out in strength gaining seats Haaretz.
