The democrats are the part of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow laws, the KKK, and their underline values have not changed. They are just better at hiding their racism today, since their very survival depends on the minority vote. They still run on the platform of claiming minorities can't make it on their own and require the government's "assistance" in getting a leg up in this nation. Basically, democrats do not believe we are all equal.

Let's also add the man vs. woman tag to that (Black Republican guy vs. Black Democrat gal or vice versa)!

I'll be blunt. I have no respect for Trump and I don't support him. I'd have issues with anyone wearing a MAGA hat regardless of race. Anyone I see wearing a MAGA hat, I won't tell them I have an issue with it. I don't want to hear what they have to say. I generally don't want to discuss politics with anyone in public, unless I know they agree with me. I think about that Black guy wearing a MAGA hat, my first thoughts are "WTF are doing? You do realize he has made some incendiary comments about Blacks. That doesn't bother you?".

What’s bigger news is he has yet to be assaulted by a Trump hater.

Because you said so? Sorry being in a bubble that doesn't include the truth skews your viewpoints. From day one the democrats were the party of racism. They owned all the slaves and they owned Jim Crow. The repubs were the ones who voted in a higher percentage for the 4 civil rights acts not the bigoted left.
