If that's what Madcow is saying happened in this week's hearing, then she is lying to you.

Those statements were made by Sullivan during the original sentencing hearing... in December 2018.

One reason I like Maddow is that she provides the actual court transcript from the judge, prosecutor and defense while Hannity relies on conjecture.

Truly two different worlds.
One reason I donít like Maddow is because much that comes out of her mouth ends up to be proven incorrect!

Pretty sharp lady. Shame Hannity can't shut up and let them talk.

.
Conjecture? This is Flynn's lawyer. She was in the courtroom. I think she is working for free, too, because Flynn got a raw deal

How do you know Madcow didn't just cherry pick negative things in the transcript to fit her left wing agenda? Did the transcripts show that the prosecutors were stalling, not providing exculpatory evidence for Flynn and the judge scolded them? Sidney Powell exposed and defeated Andrew Weissman, her nemesis, before and wrote a book about it, Licensed to Lie. He is known for hiding exculpatory evidence and sending innocent people to prison. All of his convictions were overturned on appeal. You might want to read the book. It was the same judge on that case, too. They know how the corrupt prosecutors operate and are holding their feet to the fire..

I read the reason Flynn plead guilty is because he wouldn't be held to his Non Disclosure Agreement and could testify against the Obama administration corruption. The prosecutors didn't want Flynn to get any jail time which sounds a bit odd if he committed treason. Sounds like "Keep your mouth shut and we'll let you off."

I don't know where you read that but I can guess, link? He was indicted for lying to the FBI, the prosecution recommended probation at the prior hearing because Flynn cooperated, that may have just changed but that's up to the judge at sentencing. The prosecution didn't confirm their earlier recommendation.

Powell is grasping at straws and doesn't seem that capable.

Quote:
Prosecutors also subtly opened the door to asking the judge to send Flynn to prison. They previously recommended only probation, but that was largely hinged upon Flynn's role as a model cooperator. Since then, Flynn's relationship with the Justice Department has all but collapsed. Asked by the judge during Tuesday's court hearing, prosecutor Brandon Van Grack declined to say that the earlier recommendation still stands.

Defense attorney Sidney Powell relied heavily on unproven conspiracy theories to make those arguments in court Tuesday, and was met with skeptical questions from Sullivan, who pointed out that some of her chief complaints were not directly related to the crime that Flynn admitted committing.
Powell claimed that the Justice Department was withholding critical evidence that would destroy "their whole notion that (Flynn) was any sort of agent of any foreign country." But Sullivan pointed out that Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his Russian contacts -- not with being a Russian agent.
Pressed by Sullivan, Powell said she wasn't angling to have Flynn withdraw his guilty plea. Instead, she wants Sullivan to throw out the charges because of the supposed government misconduct.

So all you have is allegations by the latest defense attorney, up to this point the prosecution has been lenient. How do you exonerate someone that already entered a guilty plea. That Fox News panel will promote anything even lacking in facts.
When was Flynn ever the NSA Director? Mike Rogers was NSA Director. The guy that told Trump he was being spied upon by Obama.
