I had the opportunity to view both networks because of staggered coverage. Maddow went over the hearing today from the transcripts which are not promising for Flynn to say the least. Hannity had a panel with Flynn's current attorney (he fired his prior) and Jeannine Pirro who claimed that there wasn't complete disclosure and he would be completely exonerated in spite of the fact that he already pled guilty.

One reason I like Maddow is that she provides the actual court transcript from the judge, prosecutor and defense while Hannity relies on conjecture.

Truly two different worlds.

It could be that this case ends up being dismissed for gross proprietorial misconduct.

Stay tuned....

Judge Sullivan felt the prosecution was being too light, asked if they should be charging Flynn with treason.

That's not at all what happened.

Moving on to today's hearing.

People at the hearing reported Judge Sullivan was very intrigued when Flynn's lawyer was going over some of the prosecutor's misconduct.

Two interesting, and potentially very significant things came to light at today's hearing.

First, the DOJ claims that one of the original 302's of Flynn's interview with the FBI is missing. It's hard to believe that such an important document is "missing", but that is what the DOJ is claiming.

Second, Flynn's lawyers have identified material differences between the FBI agents' notes from their interviews of Mr. Flynn on the 24th, and the 302 they produced.

The judge was extremely angry about Flynnís behavior since this occurred while he was NSA director and he did question the prosecution why they didnít charge for reason, itís in the transcript.

So all you have is allegations by the latest defense attorney, up to this point the prosecution has been lenient. How do you exonerate someone that already entered a guilty plea. That Fox News panel will promote anything even lacking in facts.

I doubt they will charge from for treason but Sullivan has it in for government employees that abuse their power.

"I like Maddow is that she provides the actual court transcript...."

Did she talk about the FBI did NOT think Flynn was lying and therefore did NOT seek charges again him?m

Did she mention Flynn was NOT advised he could get a lawyer, etc?

No matter how thoroughly she seems to support her "reporting", how can anyone believe a word she says?

Watch the interview with Sidney Powell. She is going for a complete dismissal of the charges.

The DOJ targeted Flynns son to get him to plead guilty to charges. They are still withholding evidence.

Pretty sharp lady. Shame Hannity can't shut up and let them talk.
