Do doctors just work for free under this medicare system? I don't see how else the cost could be zero.

Seems he is remarking on what a recipient of medical services would pay under his "plan". Not on how it is covered or by who. Would need details to comment on.

I don't think this means what you think this means.

Zeeeero huh? Maybe a touch of senilty creeping in on the angry old jewish guy
A bit of irony; Bernie, his congress and their never ending need to control, socialize and grift is the reason for high health care prices in the US.
He has zero credibility to speak on the subject.

Yet, you're unable to provide any examples of a fully privatized health care system that has low costs and everyone is covered.

It doesnt exist.

The cheapest health care prices are in countries with national health care systems. Thats just a fact.

I get what he't trying to communicate but he definitely could have been more clear. He is probably trying to use as few characters as possible. Someone always pays, whether it be the patient out of pocket, private insurance, the taxpayers, etc. Even when an uninsured gets treatment at a hospital and the hospital has to write it off, the hospital pays. But "Additional amount paid out of pocket by an individual patient under Medicare For All after taxpayer program funding: $0" doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

Bernie also believes his three homes and his jet travel don't have a carbon footprint.

National Healthcare is not the same thing as Universal Healthcare.

Very few countries have true National Healthcare. Oftentimes, what appears to be National in really Regional.
Canada is an example of a country with Universal Healthcare implemented on a provincial basis.

Countries with poly clinics tend to spend less than countries that rely mostly on integrated hospitals.

For example, most births happen in freestanding Birthing Centers, not hospitals in many countries. As a result, birth does not incur the overhead of a fully integrated hospital, attempting to be all things to all people. Rooms/ baths are typically shared.

So... Bernie promises there will be no new/additional taxes levied to fund M4A? How does he plan on funding it?

Im not sure what you mean by cheapest elswhere, but prices here are inflated by serious govt meddling at every level of health care. Do you not recognize this?
Read a newspaper, turn on a television, examine the fiscal solvency of any US fed govt run scheme, look at the integrity and moral fiber of congress and the excutive branch and then tell us with a straight face that how it works in Sweden will work the same here.
You dreamers with your criminal politicians and bankrupt schemes will be the early death of us all.
