So, my question is, what did Trump threaten Graham with ? My suspicions are that he had evidence that Graham has committed some crime or some immoral act and basically told him if he didn't knock off the negativity, he would expose him. I have always felt Graham was not what he seemed to be, and Trump laid it out there that he was going to spill the beans on him if he didn't change his tune.

Something caused this, and it certainly was not the great job Trump has done.

I saw Graham on a TV interview last night and it was pathetic how he was toadying-up to Trump. Once, along with McCain, he often voiced strong criticism of Trump, when it was due. It does indeed, make you wonder what suddenly changed. He will not be remembered for being a strong political figure. Whatever is making him sacrifice his reputation? Is Trump keeping people in line as was done by J. Edgar Hoover? Does he hold secret and damning information over their heads and threaten to expose them, if they don't keep on supporting him, even when he's engaging in criminal behavior, himself?

Sigh.

We have to go over this again. It's called politics. It's similar to 2008, when Team Obama imputed horrific racism to Team Hillary. Then in 2009, Obama made Hillary his Sec'y of State, 3rd in line of prez. succession, and they were best pals.

Lindsey Graham has been on team Trump for some time. See Bob Woodward's book Fear.

"In 2016, Lindsey Graham called then-candidate Donald Trump a "kook" who was not fit to lead; in 2019, Graham criticized similar negative portrayals of President Trump."

So when both ran as a repub prez candidates, LG insulted Trump before he knew Trump and that is what the op is based on?????

Remember Obama said Hillary would use the nuclear option to pass healthcare, something he would never do.

Obama was against healthcare for illegal aliens

Obama was against gay marriage.

So was Obama just saying things to get elected?
Was Obama just out for votes and power?
Was Obama a rudderless, immoral power hungry unethical politician?

Now that you mention blackmail..........WHAT DOES PUTIN HAVE ON OBAMA?????

So what did putin have on Obama that caused him to not follow up on his red line?

What did putin have on Obama thqat caused him to pull missiles promised to Poland ?

What did Putin have on Obama that allowed Putin to send guns and troops to annex Crimea while Obama sent food and blankets?

You asked about blackmail, sure prevalent in the last administration to ponder.
Graham said more than Trump being a kook....you know it, I know it.

He and Hayley fought to NOT have Trump as the candidate.

Yes -- they bent the knee.........
