Dumb response. Private prisons are incredibly stupid.
They are incentivized to keep people locked up in any way they can.
What does that have to do with banning California? If they don't want to follow the laws of the land, they should go become their own country, or we can donate the state to Mexico.

Private prisons profit from prisonors. They bend the laws, and pay off judges for harsher sentences.
But public employee union prison guards make unbelievable money plus retire early with most of their pay for 30 years at taxpayer expense for these parasites.
The unintended consequenses for that is ICE is going to send all the detainees to detention facilities in Arizona and Nevada far away from their families and attorneys.

Are you talking about CA correctional officers working for CDCR?
ICE doesn't use CDCR. They use private contractor guards from G4S and among others
Btw, CDCR is always hiring for correctional officer. Why arent you applying if you are jealous of their 30 year pension?
But we can all agree that the prison industrial complex is bad.. right?
They can’t ban a federal facility.
Shows how completely out of touch California is.
