Economy starting to stumble. A supposed Iran backed Yemeni attack on Saudi oil fields to drive gas prices up. This recipe for a buildup to a Middle East war is a bit tired.
Regardless, whatever Saudis say, the US buys so long as they continue to buy war toys from the US.
There has been a LONG term alliance in place there although on the *down low*. It's not due to military sales but rather oil prices.
The idea that the Sauds would fake it but the Iranians would never do it via proxies is laughable.
You see this after any incident. You already have people going after whatever their own convenient personal targets are....Iran...Saud...Russian....Israel....etc.
When a Republican starts a war it is OK. When a Democrat even talks about it they are called war mongers.
Huh...
Well yes. You hit on 50% of the problem.
I was a 2008 Obama voter. I was hoping he would live up to his anti-war rhetoric.
Turns out a lot of people (probably like yourself) developed amnesia about being against war immediately after that election and if I posted my opinion of you I'd be banned lol.
You're all empty on principles and full on party loyalty.
How many Iranian civilians should die before we are even?
