I've already explained that the Republicans in congress aren't the same thing as mainstream conservatives. Nothing to admit here as I can't speak for the former only the latter. Yes, I as a mainstream conservative do think those costs are skyrocketing and something needs to be done about it. Now can we get back on topic which is about "immigrants" starting businesses?

Find me a company that doesn't love cheaper labor, tech is not cheap labor.

Casting the biggest net outside of this country only promotes more growth and development. Stifling visa's just shrinks the pool and cripples what is fueling this modern country.

The days of living in a fair work place with 401k's,great health care, and stock options are drastically shrinking. I suspect like in '08 companies will consolidate and sell off these options and give employees a choice of having a job or not.
We had some of the highest legal immigration in history recently. In 2017 over 1.1 million legal immigrants were permitted. We exceed other countries in number of legal immigrants each year. Trump has continued to allow LEGAL immigration.
