Oh how wonderful that would be.

The interrogatories and depositions would bring in all those witnesses the White House and their friends in the Senate would not allow the FBI to question.

Bring it on.

Ttump supporters have given.this all due skepticism because all along theres been signs the investigation had political motivations.
We arent buying into the fantasy that the Strozk-Page texts were about something else. And the IG report clearly established Comeys bias..
Russian efforts clearly had zero actual effect on the election. One could argue if the candidates were more similar there could have been some shift of people on the fence. But NObody has come forward and said I was a a hillary democrat until I saw something on social media then switched to the MAGA camp.
Has anyone ever seen someones whole ideology shift after an argument on a message board? Hell no!
So I think its time to stop patronizing people with the charade of this being about keeping politics clean or the sanctity of democracy.
The real threat to democracy is endless hearings of feigned shock at corruption with the intent of overturning election results that didnt go your way.
Lets not forget that the Billary ticket was a de facto re election of Bill Clinton and his connections and influence by China were quite well documented, so your attention to the far more minimal associations with Russia and Trump are partisanship. There are no bags of Russian money being delivered to the white house! Trump isnt selling plane tickets for junkets to Russia by US corporate officials.
His opponent did all that and more so spare us.
And Hillary is now irrelevant. Elect the lesser of two evils you have a duty to hold that evil you put in power to account.

We the people choice the President! Next election, the President will most likely be re-elected and are we wasting more tax payers money because Democrats can’t win in a legal way!
He wasn't cleared by Mueller. Mueller's end note was "here is what I have from my investigation, now it is up to Congress what to do."

Not sure why everyone seems to have missed that (selective reading sorta stuff, but whatevs).

Plus, Muller investigation was profitable when you take into account assets frozen from the indictments.

Which brings back to those indictments, which means these investigations haven't been a waste of money.

Mitch McConnell has been changing rules for ten plus years. Can't cry about rule changes at this point.

Had Mueller found something on trump he still wouldn't have filed a charge. He explicitly pointed out he didn't feel like it was within his rights to charge a sitting President. Which, he's right. It's Congresses' job if something was found. Again, he presented his report (which we don't get to read everything), and told Congress it was up to them to take it from there.

I am well aware that my opinion, just like everyone else's, is pretty much meaningless, but IMO I hold the demoncrap
senators and congresscritters in the highest contempt!
Yes, the repugnicans are right up there beside them!
very few are worth the contents of a spittoon.

Unrelated to the current subject.

Something really happened in Benghazi.

The investigation was a legitimate effort to find facts.

Russia-gate was an attempted coup by the election losers that was a complete fabrication by the same election losers.

In fact, they did everything they accused Trump of doing.

Democrats behavior has slithered past Orwellian straight to reptilian!

Bull****.

Tell us why you demand we be concerned Trump MAY have committed a misdemeanor when for 23 years you people covered up far more serious felonies by your side?
Your point seems to be that because hillary and bills careers are over the country should now focus its attention on nailing Trump to the wall for alleged minor infractions.
Why you need to just go away is because you didnt give a hoot when the Clintons were doing far far worse and wouldnt care now if theyd have won.
So again spare us. Partisanship is one thing but now its become patronizing.

Haha. Did you just say that?

Pretty dangerous reason to conduct investigations. "The govt might find some money to seize."

I am not condoning violations of law by people in trumps campaign. I am condemning politically motivated partisan witch hunts later justified by indictments of related individuals for common corruption charges largely unrelated to the issue being pursued, that everyone iin washington seems to engage in.

What side? I support no politician. They should all always be under heavy scrutiny.

A crime is a crime is a crime.

If they’re guilty, find them guilty.

You are condoning it when you try to argue “yes he broke the law, but that violation wasn’t the original reason for the investigation.”
