Incidentally, the former Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats, was forced out by Trump on July 28, 2019, a couple of weeks before the whistleblower complaint was filed. Shortly thereafter, Coats' deputy, Sue Gordon, was also forced out. Trump then appointed a loyalist, Joseph Maguire, as the current acting DNI. Maguire is the one currently violating Federal whistelblower Congressional disclosure law at the DoJ and/or White House's direction.
I have no idea whether there is a connection there, but the timeline is curious to say the least - and one perhaps worth keeping in the back of your mind.
When Dems get a clue and get someone elected to the presidency, they will wonder why the GOP is immediately trying to impeach that Dem. You can all look at today and the past 3.5 years for an answer.
