Will there be laws to implement climate policies? I would assume so. Will those laws be enforced? I would assume so. But that does not differ from traffic laws or tax laws, both of which a lot of people don't like but which are enforced.
What, exactly, is so obnoxious about her? Even with specifics, why can't I apply those same remarks toward die-hard opponents of "SJWs", gun control, those favoring confederate statues remain in place, body shamers, shamers of the "unmanly", and so forth.
If anything, it's the defenders of tradition or the status quo who are more truly unfair and unjust than those who ask to change it (within the limits of opposing laws that degrade others, and supporting laws that protect the same).
Climate change activists actually are rightfully putting fire under the feet of the powerful and "we the people" to adapt, unless we wish to see sea level rise flood out Miami, New Orleans, London, and every other coastal city in the world (and even whole tiny nations, for that matter; and two not-so-tiny ones: The Netherlands and Bangladesh).

Science fact would indicate she is not better informed. And she is most certainly dictating a false narrative.
What if you don't know or care either way? Will you still use force to implement the "solutions" to your "problem"?
Generally speaking, when I have a gun to my head I don't like the order I'm given even if I would take the same course of action had the gun not been there.
