Has to be. Barr runs SDNY, and he is complicit in the Ukraine deal. They would not have been arrested without his buy in. Add to that Gowdy on board as counsel, and Rudy is due to make an exit in short order.
The question now is, will Rudy go to prison and hope for a pardon, or will he actively try to fight going to prison in the first place by spilling all the beans he has? Things could get really interesting really quickly.

Yeah, but in order to get an indictment against an accused murderer, evidence has to be brought before a grand jury with regards to a specific criminal charge. Nothing like that has happened here. It is all made for television lynch mob style harassment campaign. There has not even been the tiniest whiff of due process and the hearings have been conducted behind closed doors.

I'm amazed at how many people around Trump have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar, and never turn on him. Makes you wonder if it's the mob mentality or what? I could see this going the same way with Guiliani. Everybody and his mother goes to prison, and Trump's skates free.
