That doesn't make any sense. Testifying is optional. And testifying early as opposed to late has no bearing on whether your testimony will contradict someone else's.
Testifying under a Congressional subpoena is <ab. so. lute. ly.> not optional, and not testifying is not recommended. Testifying late doesn't mean you will contradict someone, unless the previous testimony has included information that is in direct oposition to yours. At that point, there will be questions concerning background information to find out who isn't telling the truth. Perjury charges are not pretty.
When you testify, you testify to your knowledge of the facts and not to your opinion of the facts. If you have an urge to lie, it is not a good idea either early or late if you know there will be another witness to the same situation who will also be testifying.

That means 19%+18%=37% are Democrat, 16%+16%=32% are Republican or a +5% swing. since pretty much 100% of Democrats (give or take a few percentage points) the "50%" number drops to "45%". Fake news.

It’s NOT about overall Demographics aka popular vote. It’s all about swing voters in swing states ie Trump won 4 swing states by 77K votes.
