Gracious, every week it's a different impeachment strategy.
Do these people not have any other work to do? How about applying that much energy and passion to getting things done for the country and in their respective districts? Or maybe finding a viable candidate for their party that people may actually be persuaded to vote for?
They are enraged because nothing they have tried has worked. Enraged and deranged, they look and sound like fools.
The shrillness and utter hate is astounding. i don't agree with everything Trump does or says, but this is getting ridiculous.

Why would you try to impeach a President that is supposedly losing so badly in the polls? The Dems have now fired up the Trump base and the Republican's, and if this whole thing turns out to be a nothing-burger like Mueller for the President; however sully's Biden beyond repair, you've effectively killed the one individual who might actually have a chance to beat him. Pocahontas or Bernie haven't got a chance with their socialist policies.... This doesn't make sense......
You seem to think that this is political. It is not. This is an issue that threatens our democracy and freedom. This is about patriotism. Your second amendment rights and guns are of no use if you willingly forfeit your democracy.

So all she really did was announce the House committees will keep doing what they've been doing ever since the Democrats took over the house: fling handful after handful of mud against the wall in the desperate hope that something, ANYTHING, will stick.

what bitey said above is worth repeating: there has to be a full floor vote, dems and repubs, in the house to open an official impeachment inquiry. there has not been a full floor vote to open an official impeachment inquiry.
there is currently no "official impeachment inquiry" being undertaken in the house.
so, why did Pelosi make this statement on television yesterday? perhaps to gauge the polling to see if americans want an official inquiry and placate her most radical members.

Obviously there should an impeachment inquiry, the reality is that this inquiry has been going on all along. Whether this leads to actually voting on articles of impeachment is another matter. Maybe it will lead to that, maybe it won't. Either way, the American people deserve to know everything that isn't classified for national security. This is just common sense.
Trump will wail and Twitter and flop in an effort to distract Congress from doing their job. This used to be compelling for some people, but we've learned to ignore it for the most part.
