I just read the whole thing.
It's a very well written complaint. Not one that I would think was written by a low level person without legal counsel.
I'm also not seeing anything that may point to the whistleblower being partisan ... I'm assuming it's the actual identity of the whistleblower that lends the reporting to to him/her being partisan.

Schiff mentioned it was well written too. I fail to see the relevance. It reminds me of when people went on about how articulate Obama was. Are we supposed to be impressed that it wasn't written in crayon?
Second-hand hearsay and nothing new. Schiff once again misrepresented the facts yesterday during his press conference and once again showed he cannot be trusted.

Schiff is misrepresenting the phone call right now on C-SPAN by "paraphrasing" what he "thinks" Trump was saying. Schiff is insane.
