The republican party is dead which is unfortunate. It's the Trump party now. We have a president who intimidates anyone who goes against him. Republicans in office are scared of being voted out so they put party over country and cowardly stand by Trump. At least Democrats aren't cowards. And I would say a few Republicans aren't either.
She lost because morons thought they were going to be ‘as rich as Trump”.
Funny - you have to be a liar and a cheat to get there.
Sigh. Do you understand the different strategies employed in an Electoral College election vs a popular vote election? Apparently not. Winning the most popular votes in an Electoral College election is indicative of nothing but a poor campaign strategy. It's analogous to getting the quickest 100 yard dash time in a 10K marathon. Apples to oranges. Wake up.
The people that support Trump are not Republicans. I don't know what they are but they are not Republicans.
There is no Republican Party. There's a Trump Party and there's a Democratic Party.
Democrats are alive and well as evidenced by the energetic and broad debate topics and the spectrum of ideas. The GOP used to be like that.
There is a Republican party but it's dying, locked in closet in Trump Tower or maybe the Kremlin. Trump effectively crippled it and what we see is a fake party - simply a tool for promoting Trump. The Tea Party and Bible Thumpers weakened the GOP and Trump saw the chance for a hostile takeover; something he could never do with the Democrats. He switched parties and is a pretend Republican who suckered the anti-Obama crowd into supporting him. He doesn't have a conservative bone in his body.
The GOP has more life at the local level and may have to reinvent and rebuild from there, maybe into two different parties. I'm not sure Trump even recognizes the local GOP. He gives occasional lip service and expects them to stroke his ego at rallies but there are local Trumpers and local Republicans and the two groups are almost mutually exclusive.
I don’t think the dems are toast by a long shot- anybody that can assassinate 47 witnesses and claim it was suicide has got some kind of anaconda grip on the state
The irony and hypocrisy of your statement is laughable.
There is nothing more fascist and totalitarian in the history of US politics than today's Trumplican.
One only has to look at the facts.
A 2 year investigation, brought on by fake documentation, let alone the millions that investigation cost tax payers, and with zero conviction of the president.
Dems keep throwing ***** out there, hoping something will stick, and that isn't going to happen.
For Christ sake, get over the fact that the Dutchess of Chappaqua failed you.
You dems really need a strong dose of reality, and move on.
Bob.
