Don't you realize how many involved individuals must testify, and how much investigation remains to be done? Are you unaware of how long that can take? Look, just do a quick study - online is fine - on Watergate and how long it took before a conclusion was reached. The break-in took place more than three years before Nixon's resignation, and most of the intervening three years were devoted to cover-up attempts by Nixon and his Republican supporters (he finally resigned to avoid impeachment).
The current investigation is moving extremely rapidly, given the daily bombshells plus the snail's pace which is more typical of similar investigations in the recent past.
