I'm as anti-Trump as someone can be, but of course if an employee publicly mocks a customer for something as meaningless as a T-shirt, then the company is 100% in the right to discipline/fire that employee.
Lots of instances of liberal employees going off on Trump supporter customers, refusing to serve police, etc and getting fired. Where are the examples of conservative employees doing these things to liberals, hippies, etc.?
The more extreme cases of conservatives doing such things to hippies or liberals are probably the ones that would make the news. I am not sure what I should Google to find examples of the part of your post that I put in bold.
I"m surprised she didn't have the passenger pulled off the plane and beat up. That seems to be the typical conflict resolution method of airlines these days.
So says the person apparently outraged that someone posted something on social media that upset them.
liberals like yourself love to dox anyone who dare disagree with them but when the shoe is on the foot I guess you're just a snowflake. get a grip your hypocrisy is astounding.

Same here.
And flight attendants are granted way too much power these days. She probably thought she could get away with it.
Anyone who is offended by a t-shirt should go to their safe space.
