I love that people can get "filthy rich" in America, as long as it isnt through corruption, extortion or politics, but instead offering a product/service people need, or simply want.

Land of opportunity.

Bernie and Zuckerberg are free to give away every cent they have, either directly to people/orgs, or to the government. They will never do it, as they are mostly concerned about other peoples money like most leftists. Eff 'em both.
Zuckerberg realizes that in a more equitable system he would probably have a little less money and working people like yourself would have more. And he realizes he wouldn't really be worse off and you would be better off.

Then again, maybe you are a billionaire with your own take on all this.

I am far from being a socialist, and am a strong believer that everybody should be rewarded well for their physical effort and intellectual contributions. BUTTTTTTTTTT, nobody should be rewarded more than 10x the avarage payline no matter what tools/contributions/sucking business models they invent to leverage their capability to monopolize on resources and wealth.

The competition between a sucker like Bezos with his e-Com platform and an average Joe among us is comparable to a battle between someone with a nuclear weapon and a stick...

in civilized societies, we should not endorse or tolerate such unfair competitions for societal wealth to achieve a better and fairer environment for those who are willing and able to contribute.

People coming up with impactful inventions should be honored and recognized in other ways that will not create astronomical barriers and inequality.

Mark Zuckerberg on billionaires: 'No one deserves to have that much money'

https://www.cnn.com/2019/10/04/tech/...res/index.html

New York (CNN Business)Mark Zuckerberg, the fifth richest person in the world with many billions of dollars to his name, said he "understands" where Bernie Sanders is coming from when the Democratic presidential candidate says billionaires shouldn't exist.

"I don't know if I have an exact threshold on what amount of money someone should have, but on some level no one deserves to have that much money," the Facebook (FB) CEO said during a town hall event at the company's headquarters on Thursday in response to an employee question about Sanders' comments.
Zuckerberg currently has a net worth of nearly $70 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He has previously pledged to give away 99% of his Facebook shares.
So how much is too much? Who decides that? What fascist decides how much money you get to have?

Sounds like nothing but pure jealously because YOU CAN'T earn that much. No wonder, you can't even spell correctly. looks like the typical "highly educated" liberal.

"nobody should be rewarded more than 10x the avarage (average) payline" (pay line).
To limit how much someone can makes is pure SOLECISM. If that is what ypu want, move to a Socialist country. Places like Venezuela would be glad yo have you!

Then why hasn't Mark Zuckerberg and the other self proclaimed Socialist Billionaires donated the vast majority of their fortunes to charity causes?

You know why? They are virtue signaling HYPOCRITES, and liars like all the other Progressives (Democrats).

We as a nation currently control about 1 third of the world's wealth. Is your position that we do not "deserve" to have that much? What would be your solution, spilling out all that wealth to even the global playing field?

Charity?

They are advocating for more taxes.

They (and any other progressive that advocates raising taxes further becuase somebody does not "deserve" their own money) can send money directly to this address:

Gifts to the United States
U.S. Department of the Treasury
Funds Management Branch
P.O. Box 1328
Parkersburg, WV 26106-1328

Send a check. They will cash it.

Part of their solution is the Income and Wealth redistribution scheme they call Man Made Climate Change. That's why all the Globalist, Rich Elites are for it. It won't affect them but will affect the working person greatly, and very negatively.

Reminds of warren buffet dishonestly claiming his taxes should be raised. The elites know how to curry favor with the ruling class.

What Warren Buffet didn't say is that he could have paid as much as he wanted in taxes. There is a line on the form where you can add funds voluntarily. They don't want to pay more. They want YOU to pay more. Hypocrites and liars all.

Bear in mind that the families that run the world banks, The Rothschilds's, the Rockefeller's, the printers of money with nothing backing it, they measure their wealth in the trillions, not billions. They own the US government.
